These terms govern your use of autoreportsglobal.com and the vehicle history reports we sell. Please read them before you place an order.

1. Agreement to these terms
autoreportsglobal.com is operated by Auto Reports Global, a Certiva LLC company (“we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of them. If you do not agree, do not use the site or place an order. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
2. Your acceptance at checkout
Before you can pay, you must tick a box confirming that you have read and agree to these terms and the Refund & Cancellation Policy, and that you understand the purchase is final once your report is delivered. Ticking that box and completing payment is your electronic acceptance, and it has the same effect as a signature. We keep a record of it with your order.
3. The service
We sell digital vehicle history reports for cars, trucks, motorcycles and boats, in packages. The package you choose determines which records are included. Current packages and prices are listed on our pricing page. Every purchase is a one-time payment. We do not offer subscriptions and do not bill you on a recurring basis.
Your report is a digital product. It is delivered by email to the address you enter at checkout, normally within 24 hours of a completed order. A report counts as delivered when we send it to that address.
4. Information you provide
You are responsible for entering a correct VIN or HIN, vehicle details and email address. We prepare your report from the information you give us. A report delivered for information you entered incorrectly is a completed order.
5. What a report is and is not
Reports are compiled from third-party records and databases available to us when your order is processed. What appears depends on what was reported to those sources. A report is not a physical inspection and is not a guarantee of a vehicle’s condition, title status, mileage, ownership or fitness for any purpose. The absence of a record does not prove an event did not happen. You remain responsible for inspecting a vehicle and for your own purchase decisions.
6. Payment, refunds and chargebacks
Prices are shown in US dollars on our pricing page and again at checkout. Payment is taken at checkout through PayPal, by PayPal account or debit/credit card, and your order is confirmed by email.
You may cancel for a full refund before your report is delivered. Once your report has been delivered, the sale is final and no refund will be issued, except in the limited cases set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
If you have a problem with an order, you agree to contact us at info@autoreportsglobal.com before filing any chargeback or payment dispute. You agree not to file a chargeback or dispute for a report that was delivered as ordered. If you do, we will contest it and provide PayPal or your card issuer with your order record, including the time of purchase, IP address, the details you entered, your acceptance of these terms and proof of delivery. We may refuse future orders from anyone who files a dispute in breach of these terms, and we reserve the right to recover any amount owed.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, layout, graphics, report formats and the Auto Reports Global name, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, republish, modify or distribute any part of the site without our written consent. You may use a report you purchased for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may not resell, republish or share it commercially.
8. Acceptable use
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:
- use the site or a report for any unlawful purpose;
- place an order using payment details you are not authorized to use;
- interfere with the site, its security, or the systems it runs on;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system or data;
- use automated means to scrape, harvest or resell our content or reports;
- use a report or the vehicle data in it for a purpose prohibited by applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate access for any user who breaches this section.
9. Content you submit
If you send us feedback or other material, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use it in connection with our business. You are responsible for anything you submit and confirm that you have the right to submit it.
10. Limitation of liability
The site and the reports are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be excluded by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auto Reports Global, Certiva LLC, and their officers, employees and agents are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the site or a report, including any decision you make about a vehicle based on a report.
Our total liability for any claim relating to a report is limited to the amount you paid for that report. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; where that is the case, these limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Auto Reports Global, Certiva LLC, and their affiliates, officers, employees and agents from any claim, loss, liability or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the site, the information you submit, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
12. Privacy
Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what personal information we collect and how we handle it.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or our services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oakland County, Michigan, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The revised terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.
15. Termination
We may suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the site at any time, with or without cause and without prior notice. Termination does not affect any right or obligation that arose before it, including payment obligations and sections 6, 10 and 11, which survive termination.
